Jasmin

Hi, I'm Jasmin, so glad you're here.

I'm the founder of Creative Consultations and the creator of the Creative Resilience Leadership Method™. I live in the Kansas City area with my hubby, where I'm raising two little ones, building a human-first business, and doing my best to practice the same creative resilience I teach, some days better than others.

Before this work, I spent over a decade in nonprofit, philanthropy, healthcare, and community spaces, building partnerships, designing systems, and shaping strategy for mission-driven teams. Along the way, I noticed something I couldn't unsee: the people who care the most are often the most exhausted. They're asked to carry so much, with so little room to breathe, think, or create.

Creative Consultations grew from that truth.

I believe the future of leadership won't belong to whoever moves fastest. It'll belong to the people who can stay grounded, think creatively, use AI wisely, and lead with clarity when everything feels like a lot.

My approach comes down to one simple idea:

Creative resilience = regulation + imagination + action.

Calm your system enough to think clearly. Imagine more than just the next fire to put out. Take one honest step forward.

That's the heart of what I do.

When I'm not coaching, writing, or building programs, you'll probably find me with coffee in hand , somewhere in the middle of kid chaos, making something with my hands, or trying to make an ordinary day feel a little softer.

I take this work seriously, but I don't believe growth has to feel cold or complicated. I believe in real tools, honest conversation, creative practice, and leadership that lets people stay human.

Because the world doesn't need more leaders pretending they're fine.

It needs leaders who can steady themselves, recover their imagination, and move forward with care.

That's the world I'm building, and I'd love for you to be part of it.
